After 90 days, can I get a new phone at the "New Customer" subsidised price? Your policy is a bit unclear.

@zp04 If you are upgrading and not adding a new line then no. If you already have Cricket then you can get the upgrade price every 90 days but not the new customer price. If you port out you also have to wait 90 days before you can port back in and get the port-in pricing. Hope this helps!

And so it goes... Once Cricket gives 1st phone for free or good price that's it. Be a customer for many years and pay full price if you want to buy from Cricket. Great way to keep loyal customers.

Cricket will not offer you the new customer price but once. The policy is once a customer we got you.

Per the Cricket website, there is a discounted price if you upgrade:

Already a Cricket customer?

Upgrade Price

If you're a current Cricket customer and you're upgrading to a new device, you'll pay the "upgrade" price or "today's price."

Full Retail

If you're a current Cricket customer, but you've already upgraded to a new device within the past 90 days, you'll pay the "full retail" price.

I'm sure not seeing a "upgrade or today's" price.  Just the full price and an additional charge of $25.  Is Cricket really telling us to buy the phone elsewhere?  No business sense to push customers away?????
