I have been using cricket since 2016 and never see offers for upgrades or added features.. only deals n cheaper price for phones when you first join . Why don't long time customers get any deals

As an existing customer, you are eligible for upgrade discounts once every 365 days. To see upgrade pricing you can visit the link below, select the device you are interested in and then "Current" and "I am upgrading my phone".
