Visual voicemail

When I have a voicemail I click on my visual voicemail app click on speaker & press play, it plays for 2 seconds & stops on it's own deselecting the speaker button on it's own. I have to press play & speaker again. I've never had this problems using visual voicemail with another carrier.

We recommend powering off the device, waiting 10 seconds, then rebooting the device as this normally removes any glitches in the visual voicemail app. If this doesn't resolve the problem, we ask that you private message us on our national Facebook page at and allow us to further troubleshoot.

When I try to use my visual voice mail it keeps flashing "no connectivity" but I for sure am connected to the internet
