VM issue

So lately my phone is asking me to dial the number to check my VM when in fact I am suing Visual VM and have already check the message. I am getting a notification to check it which will not go away. I have never set up the other VM and I don't want to because I feel it will only invite conflicts and when I had it before on another phone it didn't work right anyway,  From what I can see there is no actually app feature or changeable settings for the regular built in VM.

@RussellThornton It sounds like you may need to check the voicemail forwarding number on your phone. Usually it's in the settings under the phone app.
