Recently went with cricket, the problem: every time i try to setup voicemail by holding down the one key, the recording tells me that my voice mailbox is not setup, goodbye and then hangs up. How in gods name am i suppose to set it up if it want give me the option after holding down the key.
I have exactly the same issue. Have called customer service three times and they have no solution for me. I've had my account 6 months and still have no voice mail.
