Voicemail Number

I deleted by mistake the number of the voicemail
it is a 10-digit number which is saved in the Phone app's setting
In my device it is in the following path:
Phone (app) > Settings > SIM 2 (I have dual SIM) > More > Voicemail > Voicemail number
This is where the 10-digit number should appear in full, however, in my case it is just the digit 1, therefore, when I press on '1' in the dial pad to access the voicemail it dials just '1' which goes nowhere.
Please help, even though it might be saved in a different location in your device it should still be the same number for all Cricket subscribers
