Warranty Sucks

This is the biggest bunch of crap I  ever dealt with was with this warranty claim crap 🙄 on Aug 18 we made the claim my husband's phone quit working won't turn on so on the 19th the phone was shipped off and was told 2 business days we would get a new one lmao ummm it's the 6th of Sept and no phone. I called and get the run around from 3 diff places and no one seems to be able to help they just keep passing the buck and get told contact UPS that cricket don't have the phone but they will be glad to take a deposit to get a new one when I tell them we pay a fee in case this happens all you hear is well we can't help you. This is false info when your telling customers youllhave a replacement phone in 2 business days and cricket is a liar so as soon as this month is over we are switching to a diff company an American company with English speaking people you can understand. Cricket don't have a problem taking your money but damn sure don't wanna help you when things go wrong. Oh so I did my own research and found out the phone accordto UPS was dropped off to the claims dept on Aug 22 but not one of the 3 dept I spoke to can tell me a damn thing about where his phone is even with RA numbers and tracking info on it. Cricket has lost a customer with us.
