Weak 4g and 5g signal with network congestion.

Hello everyone. This is my first post. I have had cricket for 8 months. I have the Cricket More plan. About 6 months ago the repaired my neighborhoods only tower which is 6.4 miles away. After that there is only 0-1 bar signal. 1 phone is s22 ultra using AT&T. None of us can use our phones. Around 2:30- 7:00pm cst our phones say Network congested, please call your network operator. And we can't make or receive calls. Phones work everywhere else, and I mean everywhere, like the S. Louisiana swamps. Why oh why won't 4 phones, 3 on cricket and 1 on AT&T work in our neighborhood? 

 

 

I have called Cricket Customer Service multiple times. They say everything is fine. No network outages or slow downs.

 

The AT&T phone does the exact same as the three Cricket phones. Att says same thing as cricket.

 

Well, I was really loving Cricket, but it doesn't pay to pay $71 every month when you can't use your phone where you are at most of the time. Please Cricket, HELP us. We don't want to go back to T-Mobile.
