The Cricket Wireless app and the Cricket Wireless website will not let me buy mobile hotspot. I've done it many many times before on the website is simply not working. I've also tried to do it over the phone, which I have done many many times before, and the phone system won't even give me an option to buy hotspot. It's been taken off of the phone system. It says that there is customer service until 11 p.m. and that's b******* because I keep calling them at 8pm and they won't answer or help me it just says that they're gone and to call back at regular hours. It would be nice if the website or the phone system could give an explanation as to why it's not working. Really really frustrating to the point that it gets me very pissed off

I do not have Facebook nor do I have Twitter. Your website will not allow me to buy mobile hotspot for the last month. Every time I call and try to buy mobile hotspot the automated phone service says oops I can't do that right now. Then it gives me some spiel about my privacy rights? Why can't I just buy mobile hotspot? Why can't I just buy the one-time $10 add-on fee? Why won't your phone service work and why won't your website work? Why would you tell me to contact you through Facebook and Twitter when I have neither of those things do you expect everybody to just automatically have those? Why won't Cricket Wireless inform their customers if the website is down or if the phone service is not working?
