why do cricket employees get away with misinforming coustome5s

I went to a cricket wireless store by the phone which is the supposedly that cricket icon for I was told it was a 5D compatible and I had the IRS infrared so I used for gaming and stuff like that on consoles come find out it is not 5G compatible and it doesn't have that I scanner on it but the lady I got it from told me it did the phone makes text messages on its own takes forever when I went back to the store to let you know about it she said that cricket does not at this time have 5G Network I informed her that was not true because I seen on your line and I seen on TV then she played them but they refuse to help me get my another phone or get the phone that I wanted in the first place I'm really aggravated don't know what to do next I've already talked to customer service and the only thing they suggested was to go back to the same store and talk to the manager I tried getting minutes and information from store wasn't refused it

I'm going back to cricket store and try to get to take care of the first 7 Days like I said before the employer got attitude and everybody with you and everybody else whatever is basically turning it back on they want to do a thing about this phone it doesn't work half the time it freezes up and drops calls and makes calls nothing between put a movement or strike against cricket and start moving the other services and that's the way you're going to be treated and your employees at the stores I need to have some freaking training and how to treat customers as far as I do customers always right until proven wrong the way it's always been in my life I don't know the hell everybody to help me with this crap I don't know what to do I even went to affordable connectivity program signed up for it you got it and then turn on the next day you guys Cincinnati for somebody to get in your transfer my stuff look at my file. And I can't even get a hold of your corporate office what kind of business is this
