Why doesn't my phone display incoming calls

For some reason my phone isn't displaying my incoming calls. I'm unaware that I missed a call until I look at my call log. I don't know what's wrong in my settings, HELP PLEASE!

There could have been and issue with the network.  Are you able to receive calls as of today?
