Wifi calling

Every time I try to set up wifi calling I get the message “Couldn’t set up wifi calling. Try again later in settings.” It has never set up. I have tried for nearly a year. I have a samsung galaxy s10, it’s supposedly compatible. Wifi calling could save me the cost of a wired home phone line, but it doesn’t work. What the hell?

I bought a new sim card because I saw that fixed it for someone. It didn’t fix it for me.

I have also called customer support about this and again, they are useless. Absolutely useless. Their uselessness makes any problem worse than it was before trying to get help.

Hello @cmbs, send us a PM @CricketSupport with details of the issue. We can look into this for you.

Wi-Fi Calling | Mobile WiFi | Cricket Wireless

Yes, you do always mark your own answer as the best answer. That is so damn uncool. Who the hell are you to decide the best answer to my question?

And I already did ask at cricket support. Where am I supposed to find the answer? How do I know if I got an answer?
