wrong feature

I have been a customer of cricket since 2017. I just realized that my second line had the 10$ Hotspot feature removed. I paid my bill ahead of time and I know that my bill included that feature. Why would it have changed without notifying me?

Thank you for reaching out.  If the device is not compatible it will remove all features that will not work.  The device must be on the device compatibility list for hotspot.  You can see the link below.

Its had the same plan and feature for over a year and is on the compatability list.
