I moved a few weeks ago. I’ve been using my phone’s mobile hotspot to have internet on my computer and tv. I have had to buy several $10/15gb add ons in recent weeks.
After purchasing your turbo hotspot 2 and a 100gb/month data only plan YOU REFUSED TO LET ME BUY MORE HOTSPOT DATA ON MY PHONE!!!!! Forcing me to live without internet on the computer or tv until the hotspot arrived and was activated.
You literally PUNISHED me for buying your product.
If you had even made your idiotic rule clear, I could have bought more data before buying the hotspot and wouldn’t have run out. But no, you just punished me for buying your damn product.
It’s absolutely idiotic and abusive.
A new device and data plan has absolutely nothing to do with the old phone number and plan. Nothing. It’s so freaking stupid.
I don’t appreciate it. Stop treating your customers badly. This is so freaking stupid I can’t believe it. It’s like you WANT me to go somewhere else.
