I cannot make or receive calls at home on all 3 of my phones for hours at a time. Always have full signal bars. I can drive 2 miles down the road and all 3 work fine. Cricket has been absolutely useless in resolving this. This has been ongoing for 6 months. I'm forced to find another carrier. I read somewhere that Cricket is fine as long as you don't have a problem. True statement.
For almost a year now I have been asking cricket for help. My phone does not receive calls. Its not the device because I have switched phones and still get the issue. Its not the signal because my wife gets her calls. It even happens when I am traveling out of state over 500 miles from my "normal" area. My wife and I will be in the same room and she will try to call to see if it will work and still nothing. The phone doesnt even register a missed call. All cricket has done for me is say turn your phone off we will send a signal your account is in good standing. What else can I do???
Hello,I recently joined Cricket and have the unlimited extra plan along with three other lines. From everything I've read and seen this plan includes 10gb of mobile hotspot. Three of the lines are Samsung Galaxy S7 including mine and one is an HTC M8. Unfortunately, from what I see the M8 is not eligible for hotspot which doesn't make sense as we previously came from AT&T which is the same network and there were no issues with hotspot. Also, of the three S7's on our plan I have not been able to get my hotspot to work or my brother's to work. My hotspot actually worked for a moment however when I tested it again the following day it no longer worked. I was able to connect my wife's S7 to the hotspot but haven't tried since so I am not sure if it is still working or not. I followed the tutorial for my phone as instructed by Cricket but it did not help. Please let me know what can be done to resolve this issue.Thank you
TLDR: Wifi calling won't activate, basic troubleshooting done, Cricket support useless. Please help!(I know this is a duplicate post, but Cricket at it's finest wouldn't let me post it initially where it belonged without having something in the welcome board...ugh)Hello, reaching out here as I'm at wit's end with Cricket and this Wi-Fi calling issue. Background, initially signed up for Cricket with an unlocked S6 about 4 years ago. By rule that phone couldn't get wifi calling because it wasn't Cricket branded. Fair enough. June 5, I upgraded my phone to a Cricket branded S10. Tried to set up wifi calling and can only get a green and blue loading circle for about five minutes, then "please try to set up wifi calling again later" is what pops up next. My device has had several updates, and each time it is always the same. I've tried in no less than 4 different places with a strong wifi signal but to no avail. Cricket "support" operators have either blamed the wifi providers, told me to c
Can I have a tablet on it's own line of service? I do have hot spot on my phone but it is not elgible on Cricket. However, I would just rather have a dedicated line than having to go thru the intermediary steps of the hot spot. Is this possible?
We just added a line for our grandson. We bought him a cheaper phone (Cricket Icon) to use. Installed the myCricket app on it but when we try to open the app it just sits the with a green screen and never opens. Tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling it but still does not work.
I have the LG Stylo 3...I have been having Wi-Fi connection issues for the past 2 weeks now. Here is the issue...I connect to my homes 2G - Wi-Fi then About 5 minutes later my phone disconnects from the Wi-Fi & disables it. Also, for some unknown reason I am no longer able to connect to my 5G - Wi-Fi. It doesn't even come up as a option anymore. I have called my internet provider to see if the issue was with them, everything is working on their end so it the issue has to be with cricket or the manufacturer. Ugh....
Hi, i have subscribed to the 2gb data plan on my mobile ( i phone 6) . However , the internet is very slow . It takes a very long time to load pictures, videos and to open a webpage ,although i am using LTE , which should load data faster. Can you please look into the matter? Thanks.
I have noticed that often times my data will become throttled so slowly to the point of becoming totally unusable (like I'm not even able to perform a speed test or do a google search). This occurs even tho I have the fastest unlimited plan available with cricket (8mbps) and occurs regardless to how far into my billing cycle or how much data has been used for the month. This can often be resolved by putting the phone in airplane mode to disconnect all data services and then switch it back. After airplane mode is turned back off and reconnects to the mobile data, the speed returns to normal. I'm not sure if anyone else has experienced this but figured I'd ask just in case. (However on occasion, I've had to do this multiple times within the same 10 min period bc the connection speed keeps dropping below 0.01mbps which can be frustrating). It is esp problematic if I am using my mobile hotspot or am logged into a secure site for something important like paying bills or purchasing something
Hi,I have 4 phones on a family plan, for over a year now. Just today, none of the phones can send MMS texts. A return message from "#" will say "Message not found". I sent an MMS to someone from another carrier -- same thing. That person then sent me an MMS, and I received it as normal.SMS works both ways, MMS can be received, but can't sent MMS. Checking our data usage from the app shows only my phone at 2.8GB usage with the rest <1GB, and we have "unlimited" on each line.Anyone else having an issue with MMS today?Thanks...
Won't send text messages, says Cricket here! we are sorry but your text message failed. Your destination not supported from your current location. I'm in Baja CA, Mexico and trying to text someone in the USA.However I CAN respond to text messages and they go through. I have the all everything unlimited plan. Any ideas or solutions would be apreciated... contacted Cricket wireless support and they couldn't figure out why... no help.
I will be traveling overseas to London later this month and will have my Galaxy S8 with me. What, if anything, will still work while I am in the UK? Specifically, will I be able to make phone calls, send/receive text messages via roaming cell network? What about via wireless internet? Will I at least still be able to access the internet, or does my phone essentially become a brick outside the US, Canada, and Mexico?
LTE data is very slow for me recently. I don’t know what’s wrong. Most of time download is less than 1 Mbps. Before pandemic, I remember it usually was about 6 to 7 Mbps. I tested using another virtual carrier, which also use AT&T networks, with the same phone same location almost same time, it has more than 10 Mbps. Please help. Thanks.
