I've had an account with Cricket for close to two yeas and have not been able to receive MMS. Cannot receive pictures from non iOS devices or group messages from non iOS users. I have done the following:
-Troubleshoot with Cricket customer support at least over a dozen separate times. Useless.
-Turned off WiFi
-Reset network settings
-Reset all settings
-Change to a different iPhone
-Bought new sim
-Changed to a different provider, then back to cricket
P.S. Please don't suggest to reset network settings or reset the phone or reboot the phone or anything else listed above. IT WONT WORK!
