So I called to set up bridge payment and the woman I spoke to and processed my payment over the phone paid her bill or someone she new bill and I called all week long explaining to customer service that my payment processed but didn't show and I been told I didn't that basically I was lien I didn't make a payment and hung up on so many times finally this morning they took my card number and that's how they found out my payment went to someone else account. I just switched to cricket last month and I might be better off switching to another provider
