Paid bill still no data

I paid my bill 7 days ago and still I have no data and I cant get my messages. It says number cant be completed. Waited on for an hour for 3 days in a row with no answer to cost. Service. How can i get answers? Stores closed thru the end of the month AT LEAST. Chat is not helping answer my exact question ans reset voicemail doesn't work as they said. I'm so friggen frustrated as I have to go to a friends to use wifi. What am I supposed to do. Plus now we are in lock down mode and cant leave our homes or we can be fined or arrested. This is crap!
