Cricket debited my checking account after the account was closed and refuses to refund my money. Talked with customer service. Talked with customer service supervisor. Both said they do not have a policy to make refunds. This charge overdrew my account and now I am jumping through the hoops of my financial institution. Very Poor Customer Service

I am not a Cricket Wireless customer, but had desired to be today but after the horrible treatment that I received by your customer service representatives over the phone, I felt compelled to report this to your attention and wanted to tell you that I may not ever be a customer in the future if my issue cannot be resolved in a timely manner that truly assists me and shows how important that I am as a customer, potentially, of Cricket Wireless.
Cricket wireless is practically incompetent in resolving order issues. After terrible billing automation glitches, tracking numbers for orders never came to my email. I have three order numbers in my email and had to have Verizon port dept to give port pins on the phone to Cricket port agent. And still there are problems with the the orders. No senior support available except through facebook. Cricket is losing so much business. But they don't earn the business because of so many problems from taking credit cards automation glitches with their system to weakly trained staff that resorts to passing the problem to warranty department that simply does not answer the call. It gets dumped back to the general customer support line again. However, they have one great employee. He is such a hard worker. Very positive, upbeat, can-do guy named Fernando. Called me back for several days trying to resolve the problems. I hope he finds a better place to work. His talent is wasted on dysfunctional Cricket.
