I tried repeatedly to unroll from auto pay the night before the payment was due. Every time I cancelled the feature, it turned right back on. It was too late to call customer service and the payment was taken from my account. I called customer service but am unable to get a refund or anything for compensation. I am extremely disappointed and upset with Cricket. I am also down to $0.53 in my account!!!!
