My account has been suspended without my consent.

I was charged  2 days ago for this months phone service as normal. However, without my consent, my account has been suspended and I have no phone service. Cricket is now charging me a $25 reactivation fee to get it all back. 

Customer service representatives have not been answering calls and chats, unless it is to hang up or leave the chat. 

Please fix this issue, and the lack of customer support
