I paid to separate my phone num we and account from another so how can cricket let the account holder I separated myself from Blacklist my phone? The phone belongs to me and I paid to have it removed from his account but yet cricket still let the other account black list it after it was separated and I turn it on in another account? How is this legally possible?
@Harris1021 We would suggest getting in contact with the original owner of the account that you had the line and purchased the device on. Since technically they were the owner of the account at the time of purchase they can call in and say that the device is lost and needs it blacklisted. You may need to speak to that person and have them call our customer care team to undo that request.
