Supra G7 Software Update isn't working

I have a Moto Supra G7. It's been showing for 2 hours that I am downloading a Cricket Software Update, but it still says 0% and the little bar doesn't indicate any completion. I tried restarting after about 90 minutes, but the same notice came back.

I'm having the same issue with my G7.  The Cricket Software Update began "downloading" several hours ago but has made 0% progress.

It does seem to end, after several hours. I hope it doesn't start again.
