Wrong device name

I have a Samsung Galaxy s5 n when I get into my account online it says it a different device name

Thank you for your post. If your account is showing that you're using a different model phone on your line you may need to update the IMEI. You can reach us at 1-800-CRICKET, chat, or social media (twitter @cricketsupport or Facebook
