Coverage while travelling on a cruise

Jump to solution

I'll be going on a cruise later this month.    I don't expect to have coverage while at sea, but wondering about when we're in ports like San Juan, St. Thomas, and Grand Turk?

Thank you for your question.  We do have coverage in San Juan and St. Thomas but unfortunately we do not cover Grand Turk.

I went to on a cruise last year, and we left from Puerto Rico, and visited St. Thomas as well. My phone worked in both places. If your phone is unlocked, you could purchase an international SIM in Grand Turk, or just use WiFi Calling or an app like Skype, Google Duo, FB Messenger, Marco Polo, etc. whenever you can connect to an internet network.
