Can I ask, why is there no perks to being long-time customers. I have been a customer for over 5-years now. I have been with other companies who have offered great rewards for staying with a company for a certain amount of time. Cricket has ZERO incentives to remain a Cricket customer. If I was not on a joint plan with my Family, I would have left long ago. You get no discounts, no nothing for all the money I have dished out over the years to support your Company. I think it is a disgrace that people who have been customers for so long have to get the same sales and coupons as people off the street, and that people with other companies that want to swtich get treated like royalty while the existing long-term customers are forgotten. It is really sad. I cant even get my phone replaced because I'll have to pay full price for a new one. That makes no sense, that I, as a customer for over 5 years, can't even get a new phone without paying full price like everyone else.
