Massive signal degradation recently

I live in a town of 12,000 people in southern Vermont and recently I can get only 1 bar of signal in some parts of town and no signal at all in other parts of town. This is a recent change over the summer. Nearby towns or even out on the freeway it is fine as before. Zip Code 05301.

 

Does anyone know what is going on or am I going to have to find a new carrier?

No.

 

1) I won't use third party services to communicate with my providers.

2) I used the support Chat and they told me to try here and now you are telling me to try somewhere else. The somewhere else is going to be another carrier at this point because nobody at Cricket will take the initiative to help.
