Activated to wrong line

Jump to solution
After one of the phone on my account was stolen I had to purchase a replacement device. When I received it I called to activate it and the associate activated it to the wrong number causing my SIM to be deactivated. Now I am being told that I have to purchase a new SIM with my money. How is Cricket not responsible for sending me a new one? Why can't you either send a SIM or deactivate my entire account and refund my money for a service I no longer want if Cricket can't fix a mistake made by employee's. I was hung up on twice and refused corporate office info.
