Online Order

The experience is pretty bad!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I tried to place the order online to add a new line with device several times.

Finally, I saw a new phone number in my account webpage, however, did not get any email update.

After I chatted with the person online, she told me that I should call cricket to cancel the order.

I called cricket service and told me that the order was cancelled manually, however, the number still shows in my webpage, I still cannot place the order online.

I would like to add the new line one week ago!!

Are you kidding me????????
