Phone reported stolen or lost.

Jump to solution
4 of our phones which were purchased brand new and online from Cricket a few months ago were reported stolen or lost on Friday and have been blacklisted. We have all 4 phones and never reported them. We cannot get any help. We have tried calling numerous times and have been to a cricket store. No one seems to want to help or can help. We were told to buy new devices. We just purchased these a few months ago, brand new, only owners from Cricket and now they want us to purchase more to solve a problem that was caused by a glitch in their system. Anyone have this problem and actually get a resolution? Very frustrated.

We've tried via Facebook and were blocked. We have called customer service and were told to buy new devices. Went to a cricket store and they sold us new SIM cards. That didnt work so we are out $40 and no phones. Can you help?
