blocked phone

I just bought a new iPhone and I activated and got blocked because is reported lost or stolen, and nobody in service customer can tell me why,  I cant not use the phone and they don't want to make a refund.

Did you buy it from cricket? They have to return it if in the return window and the imei matches

Did you buy in the official store?
Because if not, then there is a chance that he was stolen.

They are doing the same thing to me, and keep taking my money but wont fix problem wish i never used cricket and will be switching

They charged me 3 times amount for one purchase order of($176.23 on November 30). Both Phones are blocked since December 8 or 15 and reported stolen by cricket's system and this is despite of getting full payment. After all attempts (in store, online, on phone) nothing works TO REMOVE THEM FROM BLOCK LIST and due to this blocked phones I can't make payments so my lines are going to be dead again on Jan 15th(IN TWO DAYS) and since both iPhones are on stolen list still, I can't make payments. I don't use social media that cricket recommends to contact and I am basically stuck right now. Anybody in cricket have a time to help ???
