I have been complaining about not getting the promotion price after switching phone from Verizon. So I was told that the difference would be credited to my account, but never happened. My phone also says that I’m a California customer, but yet I live in Colorado and also purchased the phone in Colorado. While calling several times and yet they determined my phone wasn’t on promotion IN CALIFORNIA. They were no help and just laughed. No supervisor or Management did anything. Everything I do on my phone is set on California Eastern time. Every search comes up In California area. Not cool cause I live in Colorado!! 2.) Whenever I try to pay online in the app my payment never goes through. I have to call the 800 number to be charged $4 dollars because. Cricket is getting very good at getting more money for slick tricks and not doing anything to fix it.

Hi All, Started having this strange issue where I can’t stream any music. A reboot of my iPhone X seems to fix it but only temporary. Within several hours the issue will happen again. Internet seems to be somewhat ok when I have this issue. I am seeing around 50 Mbps, web browser seems to also be impacted.TuneIn takes about 45 seconds to load. After the reboot it loads within 5-10 seconds. I also noticed my bars were at two prior to the reboot and are at 4 after. Can someone let me know what the issue might be? Thanks
I’ve used Cricket for years in the US and used temporary service (Vodafone) while I’m abroad. But this time I can’t get Cricket back on my phone. It shows T mobile. I drove to 2 stores listed on Cricket’s website - which are closed down. I talked to a bot and then chatted to a nice person who couldn’t help me and said to call Customer Support. At first I was to be transferred to a person, but then my phone was closed down, and no calls go through.
I saw a similar issue but the only comment was Cricket would reach out to that customer. On the phone app, I go to voicemail and it only shows “call voicemail”. when called it would say this person does not have voicemail setup. The Cricket setup instructions say to hold 1 from the keypad and it doesn’t work either.
