Suspicious logins or apple devices accessing my account???

I have had past problems with suspicions of somene logging into my account from an apple device that is and never was mine can you tellme and if so immediately block them i think i have a problem

Unfortunately, we wouldn’t be able to see who, or if anyone, has attempted to access your account. We advise updating all pin codes and passwords associated with your Cricket account. Hopefully, this resolves your issue!
