I have never set up my voicemail and now that I’m back to work and a lot busier I need to activate it asap. I’m not getting any option to reset on the website, in the app and no luck with customer service because it’s Sunday. I called my local cricket wireless and without any reset option on the website I’ll have to take my phone in. Can anyone help me with this? I have the iPhone 11
Hello, I have an iPhone 14pro and I have had this issue with my previous 12 also. My visual voicemail shows I have no messages then I call in from my own phone to check voicemails and there are voicemails for 2 weeks appearing. This is very bad for my business. I do not know how to fix this and is there a way to check the voicemails from another phone also? @Cricket
I called support because my phone is stuck on SOS (twice). Everything is up to date. Turned the phone off completely and on again and still having a problem. One of them told me there is an outage in my area (NYC). Another told me there is no outage and if I want to change my number. What is going on?
I need to unlock some old iphones and a window phone we had on Cricket but can’t access My Cricket App to unlock. Because we had cricket service from 2015-2022 and no longer can access app. Can I send via e-mail or postal mail the IEMI numbers to get them unlocked. I’ve contacted customer service via chat and phone and get differing answers. Some can’t find my account and others say my pin number is incorrect. (I wrote the pin number and challenge question down when signing up)All phones were in service with cricket and they meet the useage requirement for unlocking.Please helpGC
Recently my iPhone 11 has started dropping calls after about 3min of talking. And this only happens on certain calls that I make and receive. The issue is this happens no matter where I am, some landline I call does this and cell phones. And I will be sitting in the same exact spot and talk to some lines with no issue and same with landline phones and then when I receive a call from those same numbers in the exact same spot in my house it drops the call after about 3min to be exact. Can anyone help me with this issue? And keep in mind that I have a family plan with one other phone like mine and drops the call to it.
I can’t seem to get my voicemail to work. I go thru the bot assistant and that doesn’t help. I google for assistance and no help. When I get the link to set up my voicemail, I do as prompts tell me to and when finished and I try to go to voicemail and I enter the code it tells me someone has already entered my voice mailbox with that code and to try again later. I have worked on this issue at 3 different times and still have not received the help I need. I call the support number and every time it tells me my wait time will be at least 20 minutes. I don’t have that kind of time to just sit and wait for someone to answer.
My mom paid for my service last month and I still haven’t had service since she paid it even though Cricket took her money anyway. Had no way to call or text anyone and had to be on wifi if I wanted to use iPhone to iPhone texting or watch a video on YouTube. Is there a reason for this or not? Just kinda pissed at Cricket right now. :(
My iPhone has been stuck in SOS mode for almost a week now… I can’t use my phone unless I am on wifi and only to other iPhone users. I’ve went to every cricket store possible some tried to fix it doing the same thing(resetting network settings) which did not work and then some were clueless as to what was wrong. I’ve been sent to Apple and was told it’s not and apple issue then I come here and see multiple cricket users have had this same issue. So what am I supposed to do?
Within the past couple months, I have not been able to access my voicemail, and callers have not been able to leave voicemails. When I try to access my voicemail, it says I do not have my voicemail setup, but I already had it setup and there are no options to set it up. Also, I can’t change my voicemail password. I’ve tried everything to fix it myself, from checking for call forwarding to resetting my network. Nothing has worked. When I called customer support, there was no option to help with this problem. Help!
Cricket Protect Plus, AT&T Protect Advantage or whatever you would like to call it everyone still ends up filling a claim with Asurion and finding out they have to mail in the damaged device and pay for a new one. Apple will either repair the defect at no charge, using new parts or previously used Apple genuine parts or replacement product that is new one.
I was using gmail account (1) to send my phone alerts for work. This is the format I used to send mms messages to my phone: firstname.lastname@example.org. Everything worked perfectly for a while. However, recently my phone stopped getting these messages from gmail account (1). I tried another gmail account (2) and it worked!.. However, the next day the same thing happened where I was unable to get texts from gmail accounts (1) and (2). As of today, I am not able to send texts to my phone using gmail accounts (1) and (2) but if I use a third account (3) the texts will send to my phone. Any idea why this is happening? Seems like sending texts via mms is getting flagged and blocked at the carrier level to me, nothing changed on my end. Is there a way around this, I cannot change the original email address (1) at work. I will update more I called support and they raised a ticket. Llevo ya casi dos semanas intentando hacer la transferencia de mis dos líneas de Cricket hacia Xffinity. Y en el chat no me dan ninguna solución y comentan que es asunto de Xffinity. Ellos me han dado razón de que el número está bloqueado y que les aparece un código de error al intentar hacer la transferencia. Un mensaje que dice que el MDN no es compatible con el código. Me lo han comentado 4 asesores. Tengo dos líneas que contraté al mismo tiempo y el problema solo sucede con una de ellas. Pero en Cricket insisten que la línea con ellos no tiene ningún problema. Hello I have a dilemma.I recently purchased an iphone 13 from iphone 6 and swapped out the sim card.Voicemail was not enabled on my phone/sim card so I enabled it which was a whole ordeal in itself. And sent a couple of test voicemails. Which I was able to play but the visual voicemail feature does not seem to be there. I then follow the dozens of other articles people have with similar issues. From reset network settings to clock settings to siri settings. None seemed to allow me to see visual voicemails.I tried contacting cricket wireless support twice now and they were wholly unsuccessful in getting my issue resolved.And the representative at the store couldn’t help. It also doesn’t help matters that the feature is baked in so I have no clear confirmation about the issue other than to soft-test it. Please someone tell me how to enable this seemingly basic feature on my phone.
Our phones are one week old…90 percent of my calls result in dead air time during the call where the service cuts out. Typically the call isn’t dropped it just goes in and out. We are in an open area of the house and have never had an issue with calls as we are in a metropolitan area. This happens at work, at home, in the car…I need to know a few options. I’ve gone in the store and they rest my network settings, I’ve toggled between airplane mode off then back on, Ive restarted my phone. Please help.
I'm looking at buying a new unlocked iphone 13 from the Apple online store. The question I have is what carrier to select. At&t?? I'm thinking thats what cricket uses. Also I have a 2nd gen iphone SE. I am wondering if the cricket sim card from the SE will work in the iphone 13. I purchased the nano sim 1year ago. Thanks.
