billing history disappeared

I tried to print out a past bill on billing history and for all months but the present it says that no billing history exists and yet I am supposed to have access to the past 12 months of bills.

Hi There, we thank you for reaching out to CricketSupport on the Forum. May you log back into your myCricket account and Tap Payments, then select the View Billing History link to view your billing statements for the past 12 months.

I tried logging in again but I get the same message when I click on anything other than the latest bill.

No transactions have been reported for this billing cycle.

I tap View Billing History and the only bill that will appear is the present month.  When I select any other month but the present I get this message.

No transactions have been reported for this billing cycle.

I have been a customer for over 4 years.  Server issue?  Hacking issue?  WTF?  Not that big a deal but does not inspire confidence especially when I get the same suggestion on how to deal with it and it doesn’t work.  I can’t be the only one suffering from this glitch.
