Looking at the bridge pay option. You pay $50 to have an extension on your monthly payment. If you miss your bridgepay payment ( I fell asleep and woke up an hour later) pay full amount of $122. After thinking about it, the reconnection fee is $15. So I’m questioning where my $50 goes towards, every rep I spoke to says it’s the policy but this policy is unethical and WRONG. I will be switching to a more reputable company and making a complaint to the BBB. We’re being charged more to get an extension then we are to actually let our service disconnect. I feel like everyone should be upset about this and look into it if you used the bridge pay option.
My service was supposed to be good until 11:59 pm. I paid in full at 11:39 pm. Then I find out that my account had already been suspended and a five dollar charge added. So when I added the CORRECT amount to keep my service turned on, my phone REMAINS deactivated until I pay the five dollar charge FOR YOUR MISTAKE. I refuse. Every second my phone remains deactivated is THEFT, because I was paying on time. FIX IT!I cannot believe I have my phone suspended because apparently some stupid F***up with daylight savings time.There is NO WAY to contact anybody in person to make them fix it. No real person to talk to anywhere. No phone service available, no non-bot chat. UNBELIEVABLE. ZERO customer service. What the hell is this bull****? The "chat" with "us" is actually a stupid bot that doesn't have the ability to fix anything.The contact numbers are offline at night, which is when these problems occur. I did bridge pay 15 then 45 7 days later 2 days later I received a no data message. I called using my iPhone 11 they said was locked all of a sudden. Gave them imei number got disconnected they closed my account refuse to help me refund me. This is THE WORST COMPANY EVER HOW CAN YOU DO SOMEONE SO DIRTY.
OTP customer service is either bad or really bad and I received a terrible exp. But besides that here’s my issue. In a nutshell, someone walked into a Cricket store in a state that I don’t live in with a device that I reported stolen and not only were they successful at restoring the device the cricket employee accessed and changed my account without my permission. Why have a pin and no authorized users, if, Cricket will allow someone who stole your information and phone to walk into a store with stolen information and the stolen device and get helped? This person was not the account holder or authorized user and the cricket employee turned off my service to get a sale with a stolen device. Here’s my story and I hope it’s read throughly. The company cricket allowed someone to access my account without my permission twice in one day. I really hope that these calls are recorded because I can’t wait to hear them in court if need be. This is extortion from Cricket, refusing to refund full amount for canceled order.I had canceled a bundled phone order immediately after ordering. Yet, the phone was sent to me to my surprise. Even after return, Cricket is refusing to refund the plan amount when clearly it was cricket's fault to send a canceled order. Customer care agents are horrible to say the least. Repeating the same non sense day after day when contacted for refund. When I applied for a chargeback through CC, they deducted the chargeback amount from my cricket account and suspended the account for non payment. This is ridiculous!
My SECOND month having cricket wireless in lake county Fl. I pay 71$ monthly and will never pay again. You guys are thieves 71$ a month for a phone that has no service no matter where you go or what county your in. For everyone thinking about getting cricket DONT let them die off. You will just be wasting money time and energy.
The ACP benefit was being applied to my account but for some reason it stopped being deducted from my bill. So I went to the Lifeline application website and I reapplied, because it was asking me to. So I received another application ID and came back to the Cricket website to re-apply the benefit to my account. But it won’t let me go through the process giving me an error that reads “it looks like you already have service w another company, go back and click ‘transfer your service”. But it won’t let me do that either I guess bc It’s not a transfer. So if someone could help w this I’d greatly appreciate it. Thanks
How long does it take to get your money back from Cricket if you cancelled a online order after you paid ? First I was told 24 hrs,then 72 hrs , then 1 to 5 days and now it's 7 to 10 business days. WTH ! Everytime I talk to someone there they can barely understand me and vice versa. This is kind of stuff is really making me regret coming to cricket. If anyone here as been through this please let me know how long it took you to get your money back
I did a bridge payment then tried to pay the remainder on my cricket app, i ended up over paying $60. So i called Cs right away to have this corrected they told that it was now a credit on my account and if i wanted a refund i can call my bank have the payment reversed and they would approve it and then shut off my service..DOes this make any sense? I asked for the difference which was 60. my normal bill is 132 so on top of the 74 bridge i already paid, they will still disconnect my service and want me to call my bank and reverse it. then call back and pay again for another 30 days which cs told me would be 145 so more money than what i have over paid. isnt it ilegal to keep money that does not belong to cricket? and they want to force my $60 as credit? who can i call and report this to?anyother company would refund the difference of overpayment money that is not there’s to keep. I am furious on the poor CS. its simple cricket… refund my $60. ive been a customer for years.. YEARS!!
I just done with this company! I am going to talk to the Attorney Generals office and FCC. This is the Final Straw with this company! It is not only disheartening to see a company that started out with Great Core Values, Integrity to the Customers, and Ethical Practices turn into a company that has more complaints then the lock down of 2020! Just sad… Will this company ever care about it customers that you purposefully, willingly, knowingly reached out to help?
I have a Iphone7 I am supposed to have cricket wireless service that I have been paying monthly. For some reason when I put my inside number it says it is not compatible for cricket wireless service. I bought the Iphone7 from a Cricket wireless store and I am supposed to have cricket wireless service. I am not paying my bill until it is confirmed that I have one line and why does it show my Imei number is not compatible for the network I am supposed to have service on
I can't believe your company doesn't care one bit about the customers. I am currently a customer of 24months, I even upgraded and added my wife's line to my account. Today I called and advised that due to being home with COVID 19, I was unable to make my payment yesterday as scheduled due to sleeping all day on medicine....but went online today to make that payment and was told they would not remove the additional $35.00 fees. In these times where COVID is a very scary thing for me being a 50yr old guy with other health issues, I am so upset that Cricket Wireless doesn't care about their customers and refused to remove that extra fee....you are more interested in the money than the well being of your customers. As soon as I am well enough to leave and handle my business again...I WILL be getting another cell service!! Shame on you Cricket wireless....Im completely disappointed and I never want to be part of any company that doesn't care about the customers...you have proven that today.
I NEED TO FILE A COMPLAINT!!! I'M EXTREMELY UPSET AND UNSATISFIED!! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS BY FAR THE WORST I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED MY WHOLE LIFE. THEY ARE RUDE UNHELPFUL AND DO NOT CARE ABOUT THERE CUSTOMERS. I TRIED TO SET UP A BRIDGE PAY EXTENTION ON THE AUTOMATED SYSTEM IT SAID TO MAKE A 40 DOLLAR PAYMENT TO GET THE BRIDGE PAY EXTENTION I PAID THE 40 DOLLARS AND MY PHONE WAS STILL TURNED OFF. I CALLED THE NEXT MORNING AND WAS TREATED LIKE CRAP. AND THEY DID NOTHING TO HELP ME. I WILL CHANGE CARRIERS AND NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. VERY DISSATISFIED!!!!
It's been two weeks. CRICKET keeps declining every card I have. I used my debit card first then I tried a credit card. When the credit card was used it said the address didn't match. It did. Now there's a pending charge on my credit card with no phone to show for it. Has any one else had this problem HOW do I fix it? It's becoming more and more bothersome. Nobody has a real answer when I call cricket
My monthly bill to be paid today was $157 I was charged that plus another $157 so a total of $322 and when I call customer service they said they did not do refunds that I would have to call my bank and my bank said that I would have to call back when the payment was posted when I call back to cricket and ask for more information they were rude and hateful all I want is the extra $150 that was charged to my debit card back to be put back on my debit card
I called the auto service to make a payment and to set up my auto pay. Once I made my payment I went back thru the prompts to set up my autopay. The system took out another payment. I tried to call customer service to get the payment reverse and the rep advise me to contact my bank which will charge me 40 dollars. After asking to speak to a supervisor he transfer me the social security phone line. Im furious I was already on hold for 10 mins waiting on a rep and then the rep I get dont wanna do his job. I truly hate cricket. I will be canceling 1 of my lines and transfer it out today and do the same with the other 1 later this year. I pay ontime every month and refuse to keep paying for poor customer service.
Hi! So I have a question about my billing amount. My total bill is originally $65 a month. I'm on the benefit program which is supposed to take $30 off my bill which would leave my bill at $35 total. But when I logged into my account to pay my bill, i noticed i have a $30 credit as well from last month. So basic math means i should only be paying $5 this month right? But somehow the website says that i owe the full $35 right now. I'm confused and I cant get a representative on the phone to explain to me why my credit isn't being applied! And I cant chat with a representative either!! I'm confused as to why I'm being overcharged if I over paid last month...help please!!!
Set up bridge pay before my due date. Made first payment with customer service, then I made the second payment in the store before the end of the bridge pay period. After the second payment was made the employee at the said and showed me that I owed $0.00 until June 17, 2022. But now my account has been suspended. Why is my account suspended when it said on my account in-store that I don't have to make another payment until my next due date, but y'all still suspended my account anyways?????????????
Cricket overcharged me last month and instead of refunding the money, said that I wouldn’t be charged for the following month. (May). But I was charged. So I went to the Cricket Store and was told that I had to call Cricket as the store could not help me. I call the Cricket line and was told that they couldn’t help me I would have to call my bank and have them do a charge back. I call my bank and wait on hold for an hour just to be told that they couldn’t do anything, that it had to come from Cricket. I call Cricket back and am told that they cannot help me but offered to do a 3-way call with my bank (yes, the one I had to stay on hold for an hour in order to talk to a human.) So I am considering looking into another carrier but first I need to get my money back. Do I need to quit autopay and just eat the $5 or does anyone know how I can get ahold of an English speaking American human who can strighten this out for me? Or is it all just India Call centers and robots?
Folks don’t use auto pay or attempt a refund 4.5 hours I’ve been on the phone with them for being double charged and they refused my one month bill over payment to be refunded. Then the all edge supervisor hung up on me because now I have to figure out how my son and I whom are disabled are getting a new tire cause mine blew out plus getting to my pain management specialists not to mention buying groceries I’ll have to go get a loan to afford to get everything taken care of because cricket says they can’t refund the stolen money after 4 yrs of dedication and Bill always paid on my pay day they want to screw coustomers over.
