Airplane Mode is off but....

My phone has been acting weird for the last week and a half or so.. When I make a call it either says "emergency only" or doesnt let me complete a call due to "airplane mode being on" I check the settings and it doesnt show that it is on.. I switch it just to be sure any how (from on to off) and it didnt work.. Restarted the phone.. Took the battery out etc NOTHING IS WORKING. 

My texts wont send.. Can't call or recieve calls.. It is weird. My service keeps going in and out

What do I do?

Thank you, question are there insentives when it comes to buying a phone in anyway for existing customers? (I always see the "bring your number" or "open a new account" and get xyz off a phone or a phone for a lower cost). Do you have any programs for those who are already in your system?
