Horrible customer service wait time i was on hold for over an hour got two questions in then with out saying anything was put back on hold for ten minutes then hung up on
i called back been on hold for 2 hours and 30 minutes and still going
i will stay on tell they close at 9 and it 6 now
i know there is a virus going on but 3 hours plus on hold is just poor customer service its a good way to lose customers if you ask me and if i am on hold till 9 i wont pay for my next month and most likely will look for another phone company
and if you get a hold of me and please do i wont you to check the call log so you can see i did not make it up
