Horrible customer service wait time

Horrible customer service wait time i was on hold for over an hour got two questions in then with out saying anything was put back on hold for ten minutes then hung up on

i called back been on hold for 2 hours and 30 minutes and still going

i will stay on tell they close at 9 and it 6 now

i know there is a virus going on but 3 hours plus on hold is just poor customer service its a good way to lose customers if you ask me and if i am on hold till 9 i wont pay for my next month and most likely will look for another phone company

and if you get a hold of me and please do i wont you to check the call log so you can see i did not make it up

@spyrobax we sympathize with you and every other customer that is experiencing long wait times. Its not our intention or frankly our expectation to have customers waiting to speak to a customer service representative. Unfortunately we are in unprecedented time where we have a high call volume, few representatives, and actively working available representatives to their limits to better service our customers.
