Hi customer cares , I am not your Cricket user, I am currently with Lycamobile, and I went a Cricket store trying to top up a Lycamobile bills , the agent give a new simcard with Simple mobile, I don't know why ( why it's not Cricket? it's Cricket store) And asked me for $60 for 3 month using with 15GB. Right now my phone number gets stuck from lycamobile and simplemobile, and the Cricket store agent saying " to wait" like forever.
I know this is not right place to report, but I just wondering is that legal to activate other carriers service plan in a Cricket store？ I think I got a fraud from your agent in Flushing .
I wont tell the agent's name but I have address 4403 kissena blvd Flushing NY 11354 .
I just wanna report it and please check the store
