I have held an account with cricket for about 5 years - with a 5 line family plan. I have paid on time every month and I have never had issues. This past May my family and I moved to the Florida Panhandle (we established our service in Tampa). Since moving, our reception is spotty or non-existent. After several calls to customer service and many visits to the local cricket store, no one can help me fix this BUT they are all quick to suggest I buy something else from them. I have purchased new SIM cards, had our phones reset, you name it - all in a week - with no results. This is very disappointing and as soon as we find another company, we are taking our business elsewhere.
I just want to say here and everywhere that I can post. Cricket has horrible customer service. I’ve had my iPhone for a month, and I just got transferred to Arkansas with my job, my phone has no service here so I called you guys for help. Well that was a joke, no help at all, except to tell me that I could continue to pay my bill for 5 more months with no service and then they would release my phone, I mean really, who would be stupid enough to do that? I am only going to be here for a few months, and was going to switch back when I moved back. Anyway, we are going to be done with your no help at all company. This iPhone will make a good paper weight I guess. Thanks a lot.
There is no connection with the previous owners of this iPhone. We need a connection from the cricket operator.

The reason is that we live on different continents and I don’t know how this iPhone got to Ukraine, but I bought it. As far as I know, all other necessary requirements have been met, 6 months have passed and the phone is not blacklisted. Is it common practice at cricket to charge the customer for your mistakes and poor equipment. I switch my service less then a month ago had to call customer service as soon as I got home from the store. For the last 2 weeks I have been jumping thru every hoop you guys have given me, even took 2 days off work to try and get this resolved. The 2 choices I seem to be left with is either pay for a new sim card, that I have already for once and not received in working order, or I can send my phone in and be without a phone, that I paid for along with service that I'm not receiving, for at least 2 business days. Is this your version customer care? And where is this appreciation your site is boosting about, 20th birthday and we would like to thank you. I would of rather you kept your appreciation if this is what it looks like
Call with a problem was transferred to Warranty… Asked to speak to a supervisor, supervisor came on line asked for my account pin number. I asked why he would need that. He hung up. Called back, finally got another cust serv person. Asked for a supervisor she transferred me to a supervisor. After taking with her she was talking to me and just hung up.And it was a problem with a new phone I purchased. It crapped out. I got it running again and then it would run a app, it was just Uber, the only app I use on my PHONE. I use my phone as a phone not a multi-media device, I have a computer for that and a tablet. My phone is my PHONE.So, now I guess I write a letter to corporate but I doubt that won’t do any good. I would change carriers but I don’t have a problem with the service, just customer service.And the store I purchased the phone wouldn’t do a thing either as the screen had about a millimeter scratch on the screen in the upper right hand corner and would exchange it.

My number was ported out by scammers and fraudsters from my original provider “Hello Mobile” and opened a fraudulent account with Cricket. Now when i call Hello Mobile, they are telling me that Cricket does not want to release the number back and close my account, So i reach out to Cricket and i notified them that this account is fraud and scammed, they respond to me, to go to my original provider.I feel like a ball being thrown around from one court to another. Should Cricket know that they are having a scammed account that was created by scammers on my name with my number.

Shirley R., a supervisor, just lied to me in chat. There is a bug that is keeping me from buying a phone online. I've waited 24 hours (several times), I've tried a different credit card, and I've contacted my credit card company. The problem is at Cricket. She told me that she would "escalate it to our digital team so that they can look into it." When I asked her when, she admitted that she had no way to contact them. She lied to me! The only way this bug will get fixed is if someone lets your firm know about it. Instead, your folks lie. Sickening!Who can I contact at Cricket that can resolve some programming bug that is stopping a long-time customer in good standing from buying a phone with a perfectly good credit card? Seriously, what kind of firm doesn't want to know about problems like this?And who can I contact to let Cricket management know that lying to customers with "wait 2 hours" or "wait 24 hours" type responses is
I started a new account last week, I was getting all text messages from Cricket and others, but I was not getting any of the temp PIN texts.I went through chat support on Sunday, and over a four hour period, different agents had me literally create and try to create an acocunt 40+ times, we gave up at this point.Monday I called, and the person fixed the issue as she sent test texts from the same number the temp PINs come from. She told me though to wait 3 days as the system will not allow me to get a temp PIN for three days.Today was the fourth day, I held off one more day to make sure, and now I am getting a message I cannot create an account for 30 days, and I have a feeling 30 days from now, it will be another 30 days as I think on Sunday the chat agents really screwed up my account.I am paying for the $60 plan, and I can’t take advantage of most of the features.I called today, phone support tried but said there is nothing they can do, both Twitter and Facebook Cricket support gave
I want to brag on an employee name Jonavieve. The other day my husband called to get my daughter’s phone turned off. She’s 12, you know how it is. Well instead of just suspending her service, he said the phone was lost. When I called to get it back on Jonavieve said she had to get a ticket and it would be up to 10 days. She did get it back on right then, but said it was still on a block list, and could be cut off again. I want super happy, but was fine with it. We got off the phone and she called back just a couple of minutes later. She said since her shift was over, she was able to stay and research it some more. She was able to get it off the block list, and she wanted to let me know we wouldn’t be having any more problems. She was super nice and helpful, and she stayed at work a few extra minutes to see what else she could do. What a great employee!! She’s a keeper! (I have her employee number if you want it.)
It was sometime ago that Cricket changed their account portal. At that time you were no longer taken directly to Usage and now is only Bill pay and had to instead click a tab to have it load (many times it would not do so.) But the stupid inability to change plans without loading up Cricket’s app is really annoying for those of us that are mobile hotspot Data only users. You can not load an app on a hotspot! So I guess you can call in every time you decide you want to change but why did whoever set this up get rid of the online method for controlling plans? I suspect the thought is only phone users are customers. I must admit even if I was a phone customer I would not want to deal with some doohickey app loaded on my phone instead of the webpage.
My cricket phone is not working. Your towers in Mecina Ohio have been down since about 1:30 AM on March 19, 2020. They were sketchy and in out the day before. This is the worst possible thing you can do at the worst possible time. Your employees in the store lied and sId your engineers would have it back up in a couple hours that was 11.5 hours ago. I have a Mother in a nursing home who is very ill and it was her 85th birthday. Since they are on lockdown with Corona Virus isolation, she needs to be able to call me for support. You ruined her 85th birthday because I could not call and also could not get the nurses reports on her current health. You did not put anything on the news about it, you did not email us or in anyway let us know. You did this this summer fot 5 days knowing the towers would be down with no communication to customers. Right now you pretty much suck. I can not be without a phone. On top of not being able to communicate with my Mom and the Nursing home she is in, If
They hired an 18 year old still in school. And some girl name nicki. Nicki has been calling the boss every time this highschooler turned around. Snitching and lieing. Boss won't listen or watch cameras. Boss fired highschooler because she left in the middle of sale. SHE LEFT TO GET TO HIGHSCHOOL and had already stayed past her time and was going to be late. Boss won't listen to her about this other girl being ride to old people and not helping them with their phone and refuses to make a sale to poor people (her words). Or the cussing in the back room while she is on her phone and there is customer in the store. No she won't listen cause it's the kids being dramatic but she will listen to the little pot head that's always stoned off her ass and refusing to wait on customers or lies about being a cop.
I set up monthly payments to be taken out on the 3rd, but Cricket takes the payment out a day in advance. Why?? Also I was charged twice for the month of August for my payment. I can't seem to talk to a person, I'm getting the run around and it's starting to piss me off. I've had to call 4 times to get my payment date changed to the 5th OMG WHAT A HASSLE & IVE ONLY BEEN WITH CRICKET FOR 1 MONTH. Is this something I have to look forward to every month on payment day. I HOPE NOT! CRICKET REFUND 1 OF MY PAYMENTS ASAP
