My bill is $110 with hot spot I made a payment of $120 to get $10 on extra hotspot plus the $25 for referral so I call a day before to have them add on the hotspot the costumer service never one Sayed to me to wait until my bill cycle to star to do the add-on he said I will do it and it will star next bill cycle on the 12th restar ur phone to get ur hot spot well guess what woke up to no service call them and all they did was activated again but refuse to give me my hotspot if they didn't want to give me the 25 for referral that's fine but on top of that they took my extra 10 bucks I work so hard for and keep it saying they had nothing that can be done I hate cricket it was a bad investment and since I hardly work bcs of the covid19 am stuck with them if I had the extra cash I would move back to boost don't recommend this company at all
I am a little confused as to why I have not received an email to track my order yet...I placed an online order yesterday for a new phone and it's still saying the payment is pending yet I haven't received any tracking email and it would be nice to know that my order is being processed and your not just with holding my funds thank you...I am paying that money for my new phone, I would like to receive it now thank you

Hello,This issue is quite frustrating. I am paid up on my service and I have plenty of data, yet I am unable to RECIEVE text messages. I have had a lot of communication snafus because I was under the impression that people were not texting me as scheduled, when in reality they have done so, but those messages never reached my phone.How can this issue be resolved as quickly as possible so that I do not have to switch providers?
package lost over a month ago
I odered an upgrade online on Feb 6th, got confirmation the next day it was being shipped. After waiting for UPS for over a week they lost the phone so I did a claim with them and Cricket on Feb 18th. I have called customer service 7 times and keep getting the same bs that " the backroom will get this handled soon you will hear from them soon" nope not a dam thing... Havent heard back from them. Tried to call yesterday and they sent me to warranty I set a call back and they never called me back. After 4 years of no problems then this happens wtf... Who knows what is happening at cricket??? Where are the bosses? Ive asked to speak to a supervisor, ive been patient and kind to all of the customer service Representatives I have spoke with. I dont know what to do.
I paid to separate my phone num we and account from another so how can cricket let the account holder I separated myself from Blacklist my phone? The phone belongs to me and I paid to have it removed from his account but yet cricket still let the other account black list it after it was separated and I turn it on in another account? How is this legally possible?
This is the second time in a role
This is the second time that my service has got suspended because I got paid after my service was due and I've had to pay more than what they asked last time it was $20 I ended up paying $50 this time and it was $15 and I ended up paying $40 when do I get my money back
Have just been hung up on 3 time by Cust Serv.
Call with a problem was transferred to Warranty… Asked to speak to a supervisor, supervisor came on line asked for my account pin number. I asked why he would need that. He hung up. Called back, finally got another cust serv person. Asked for a supervisor she transferred me to a supervisor. After taking with her she was talking to me and just hung up.And it was a problem with a new phone I purchased. It crapped out. I got it running again and then it would run a app, it was just Uber, the only app I use on my PHONE. I use my phone as a phone not a multi-media device, I have a computer for that and a tablet. My phone is my PHONE.So, now I guess I write a letter to corporate but I doubt that won’t do any good. I would change carriers but I don’t have a problem with the service, just customer service.And the store I purchased the phone wouldn’t do a thing either as the screen had about a millimeter scratch on the screen in the upper right hand corner and would exchange it.
Out of country, whether WIFI calling is still free?
I am visiting my mom in China now. My plan is the $30 per month - 5 GB plan. (The plan was purchased in the USA ~ 3 years ago. I keep use it for more than 3 years now.)I try to log in my bank accounts on my laptop to pay bills. But the banks require me to input a code send by text for verifications.I turn on the WIFI calling and I did receive the texts from my banks in the USA.I wonder whether this is free? If not, how much it cost?It takes more than 24 hours for my cell phone be able to receive the texts from my banks in the USA since I turn on the WIFI calling. Some banks told me: “Your Online Banking account has been locked for security reasons. To unlock your account, please call Online Customer Service at 1-800-XXX-XXXX.”I wonder whether I can use my cell phone (a US phone number) to do the WIFI calling to my US banks from China? If yes, whether it is free?I also have several voice message in my cell phone. I believe they were come from my banks or credit cards in the USA recently
Sim Swap Fraud- Refusal to Help
On Monday May 22nd my phone network went down at 1132am. I am the primary acct holder and have 3 other lines besides mine. All 4 lines lost network connection. I am a delivery driver and was using my maps when it happened. So I went to a McDs for the WiFi to see if maybe there was a down tower or something. As soon as I hooked up to WiFi I started getting all these notifications from my email that someone tried to access my Amazon, Google and Bank accounts. Then one from Venmo telling me my acct password was changed. Then 2 from affirm about the loan request I wanted. Then a couple from Paypal showing payments (this is how they accessed my bank acct). So I immediately run to my bank and they shut my card down but another charge had already come thru. So I'm out over $400 at this point. Next I go to my local cricket store, where over 3 days I spent 8 hours. The manager was as helpful as possible but she could only do so much. This company does nothing but lie about their service. First my phone just turns setting on by itself, ive got two write ups at work because my volume will just turn on by itself. Second I was suppose to get a free phone but the agent messed up and which i had to get a new number, and pay for my phone. EVEN WITH THE STORE MANAGEER SAYING YES WE MESSED UP, you guys cant credit my account because there isnt one. Also the manager said it to customer service. I have an eye witness top this. Looks like this company is doing fraud things.
