So in spite of the fact that the organization has been available for around 20 years, a few takeovers and a rebranding effort from Charter to the Spectrum brand may have confounded customers with respect to which email customer they have a place with.Be that as it may, during every one of these changes, email clients got the opportunity to keep their email account with the underlying certifications. What has changed, however, was the immediate access login page. Existing clients are currently being diverted from their unique login page to the Spectrum email login address where they can enter their qualifications. This is substantial for all previous Road Runner/Time Warner Online, Bright House Networks, or Charter customers.
I recently placed an online order and ported my number. Cricket sent it to the wrong address so they advised me to call FedEx to have it sent back before it got delivered because they could not change the delivery address. I was told I would receive a full refund for everything so I could replace the order online. I have been fighting with customer service on the phone now for 2 months and they keep saying that they can not do anything for me. I paid $119 and I still have no phone, no service, and the number that I ported was my number for my business so my customers can't reach me. Wtf is wrong with cricket. What I am getting told pretty much is that I wasted $119 dollars and gave my number to them. I'm so pissed that I'm going to seek legal action because cricket STOLE MY MONEY.
I have been on the phone with customer service for over 2 hours today and went to the local Cricket Authorized store to get and issue resolved with the day ending with the cricket repesentive hanging up with myself and the rep at the store. This is not exceptable and my issue need to be fixed or I will not hesitate to switch service.
My account was cancelled today and my number was fraudulently ported out. I was unable to reach a Customer Service rep after sitting on hold for 3.5 hours. Once the thief had access to my phone number they were able to change my password on my email and then a whole bunch of other sites. Is there anybody I can contact, or who can contact me to help get this sorted. Thanks.
Just wanted to express my frustration with the fact that Cricket never offers any kind of phone deals for current customers!! It seems they only care about gaining more new customers than keeping the loyal customers satisfied as well!! It really sucks and I’m thinking about taking my service to someone who appreciates current customers as much as they do new ones!!!!
I went in to the new Cricket store here in Clearlake, CA. I had service with Verizon and explained to Lindsey what I had. I had a phone with unlimited calls and text ($30/mo) as well as a hotspot ($50/mo) which was also unlimited. Total being $80 per month. With this knowledge I was told the phone I now have would be a good choice, which is ok. The price per month is $60 +- which is ok. The problem is that in only a couple days I was already receiving messages saying I had used up my hotspot. I'm on SSI, all I want is my hotspot ability with this phone without additional cost like I was looking for and I'll have no problem here.
I requested an unlock code, line qualifies. Customer care could not get it and placed a ticket to tech Dept. That was over 2 weeks ago and 5 calls, on when was told 2-3business days. How is this acceptable that it remains unresolved and no one in customer care can contact the tech Dept? Why is the floor supervisor the highest person I can speak with?
