My wife, myself and daughter all have Cricket wireless. my number is 619 701 0130, wife’s is 619 701 6516 and they both work perfectly. My daughter just got a new iPhone X and we inserted her sim, and it shows Cricket Wireless on the home screen… but when ever she makes calls, no sound and then it cuts off. When we call her it goes straight to voicemail. Her number is 760-496-4956. She can’t even call 611. Can you help?

I have tried this from multiple browsers and when it didn’t work I emptied cache and cleared cookies. Access was STILL blocked. What are the proper procedures to put in formal complaints with AND against cricket? I've been actively trying to get my phone number back after scammers ported my number out OVER a month ago!! I've been fighting with customer service but they just keep telling me to wait for the back office to call. I have not received any call.
MY NUMBER WAS HACKED & PORTED OUT. I HAVE 2 CASE NUMBERS C-73ZAA6 & C-1TJMN9 FILED “19” DAYS AGO. I CALL OR CHAT EVERY DAY. NO RESPONSE OR SUPPORT FROM CRICKET. JUST WE ARE WORKING ON IT. WHY CAN A HACKER DO THIS IN 15 MINUTES & CRICKET CANT FIX IT IN OVER 19 DAYS??? HOW ABOUT SOME SUPPORT CRICKET????
I was unable to complete activation of my new phone on cricket with new sim card, my old phone quit working so i put sim card from old phone into new phone and it worked, but now is there any way I can simply insert the new SIM back into the new phone and activate it on my existing Cricket Wireless plan/account, replacing my existing old sim and maintaining the existing plan, existing cellphone number, etc. how to update sim card for current line
I attempted to modify my plans to include a hotspot feature, but while entering my payment card information, the process froze and subsequently logged me out of the app on my phone. Currently, there's an ongoing pending order, and I'm unable to proceed any further. How can I resolve this situation?
Same story I am reading. Customer since 2014. Number ported out 16 days ago. 3.cases crested, no help from Customer service. Called AT&T since they own cricket. Found more information from AT&T and the Verizon where my number was sent. Seems cricket and A I artificial intelligence is now a scammers dream come true! I would not recommend cricket to anyone after all my years with them. Filled FCC , FTC complaints. Also filed FBI IC3 complaint. Do the leg work yourself find your number and pressure cricket.
On Tuesday evening, March 12, I ordered a phone upgrade for my wife's phone. After concluding the payment and getting the receipt, Cricket confirmed that the phone would be shipped the next day and would arrive on March 14. My credit card provider notified me that my charge had been posted. On Wednesday I never received a tracking number but waited patiently. On the day of promised delivery, I still had no tracking information, so I went to the Cricket site to the "Track my order" page, where it said my order was still being processed. I waited. The next moring I got an email saying my order had been "delayed", yet the tracking page had not changed, that my order was still being processed. I then began the horrific process of trying to contact someone who could look up my order and give me some explanation of why there was a delay. Instead, I was blocked by a "chat" service that did not understand a single question I asked and only offere
Dear cricket people,your attitude and CS sucks. You guys never help. No resolutions becasue it is so-called out of their hands (always)are tied and (always) or explanation of what happens. I am mad that I had to kick out more money to keep my phone numbers to keep just to port to my new company. You guys are like a broken record. And you save me no money. Considering all the asprins I needed to take from all the headaches you have given me.You offer no perks to your existing customers. -_- Why is there never any specials to us? Why 25 dollars to upgrade?? never heard anything like that before. Please save that grabbing customer for you. That NOT my job to advertise. I just want to use my phones in one peace. Trade-in phone value is crap. And no I will recycle my phone myself as we all know that you guys reuse these part to rebuild other phones etc. another way to get over people Im sure.
