Hello. I used to be a customer and I wanted to come back. Thing is, I'd really like to have my old phone number if it's available. Is there any way to request specific digits when starting up service OR when changing the phone number of an existing account?

Thanks for posting. Unfortunately, you won’t be able to request specific digits, but you are able to provide a zip code to get a phone number with the preferred area code if available. If the old number was cancelled more than 60 days ago, then that number was released and recycled and not able to be reactivated.
