I was told by a chat associate that I could file an official complaint here. Customers should be able to see their own call logs from their account. I need them to prove something to the state and was told I need to hire a lawyer, who will need to get a court subpoena for me to get the records. This is absolutely ridiculous. It is a very minor issue that does not require judges or lawyers.

In order to get the phone records for your service you will need to send us a subpoena asking for the call records. You can fax it over to (888) 938-4715 or call our center for records at 1-800-635-6840.

In order to get a subpoena there needs to be a lawsuit. There is no lawsuit, nor will there be in regards to the matter for which I need the records.
Your response is incredibly unhelpful. It is the same one the chat bot and chat associate gave me. The chat assistant said I could come a formal complaint here which seemed unlikely, but I posted anyway.
