I have an LG Fortune phone which is no longer sold I find out by cricket they're defective they keep warranting them out sending me the same phone back LG Fortune when I ask to talk to somebody in power that has some Authority their supervisors have no Authority corporate has no telephone number their parent company AT&T you call their customer service you get the same customer service that you're getting at Cricket nobody can help I've been through for five LG Fortune phones since March does anybody have a direct number of somebody in America that can help at Cricket Wireless help

Does anyone kno wat I can do? Call cricket customer service n they just hang up on me. My phone been disconnected for a few days now and still haven’t heard y! My bill wasn’t due! So I called them I was told there was a payment from April 2022!!!!! Been charged back…how? Called bank and they don’t know. N yes I’m the only 1 paying this bill n always have! So I call to get it resolved.. it’s started at $71 n now it’s 95. Idk wat to do anymore? But paying that is not a option due to the fact that 1.it’s prepay 2. My bank didn’t do it 3. It’s been over a year!
