cant receive phone calls

I was a cricket customer for 17 year Xfinity gave me a bundle well I came back to cricket bought a new phone and I'm back with cricket so now since I switched I can't receive calls it say my Verizon has changed my number or canceled my service no body can fix this I cant receive calls I never had nothing to do with Verizon in my whole life

Thanks for posting. Xfinity Wireless uses the Verizon network, so that may be the reason as to why you are seeing Verizon.
