Device unlocking

I have met all of Crickets unlock requirements but when i click unlock device from mycricket app it doesnt do anything. 

 

Motorola One 5g IMEI 350475000492421… wireless number 337-288-3184… My name is Nelson Campbell I bought the phone from a local Cricket store…

 

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi @BlazinKajin We thank you for reaching out to Cricket Community Forum. Please ensure both your device and myCricket app is operating is operating on the latest software available. May you also ensure the device is connected to cellular data or Wi-Fi service. After following these steps, you can insert a different carrier sim card into the device, it should be unlocked.
