You should be able to find out if the phone is available for activation by clicking on the BYOD tab and you should see a place to enter your IMEI number of the phone to find out compatibility and availability of service. Or take the phone in to a service provider (CRICKET WIRELESS) they can help you with the whole process and provide you with the best plan of action for your needs.
