Issues with setting up new Ovation 2

I just got my new Ovation 2 and did everything right.  Transferred my data from my Samsung A11 but not all photos came through and neither did my preferences.  My personal (and paid for) wallpaper came through but when I tried to find a way to personalize my home screen, suddenly my wallpaper disappeared and I can’t find it.  It seems something called Quickstep decided I needed to have a different wallpaper every day and it seems to have deleted it because I can’t find it anywhere.  Its still on my old phone but I can’t find a way to specifically transfer it again.  Then I find out Quickstep won’t let me tighten up the icons so I download Microsoft Launcher, which does what I want it to do.  But now Quickstep won’t leave me alone and keeps wanting me to put it back in charge.  I would like to get my wallpaper and those last photos into the new phone but I don’t know how to do it, nor how to get Quickstep out of my way.

Thank you for reaching out.  We would like to look into this for you. Please reach out to our support team on Facebook (m.me/cricketwireless) or twitter (@cricketsupport) with the details of your issue.

I sent a message over Facebook but have not had a response.  I’m still trying to set up my phone and there are several aggravating things that are making this phone very hard to use.  My keyboard just disappeared.  I used it several times yesterday and even tried the voice to text a couple of times, but since I do texting while I am around other people voice-to-text is not usually feasible.  But now my phone is giving me no other choice.  I want my keyboard back but its no where to be found.  I even checked several Android sites online and they are no help at all.  How do I get it back?

Also, why is it that you guys have a detailed users manual for the Ovation phone but you don’t have one for the Ovation 2?  If you have one I can’t find it anywhere and it would sure be helpful to have it.  You’d think that as much I paid for that phone there would be one in the box.

download the att switch app on both phones. this should pull everything over to the new phone including all apps, wall paper, texts and calls.

Congratulations on the right decision!

Wassup guys, so recently I was gifted a cricket Ovation phone and one day out of nowhere the phone restarted kinda like when an update is starting. The phone has been on a continuous cycles of "Powered by Android" loop. I've tried to factory reset AND safe mode but the problem is the phone keeps turning on and off for any of the commands to kick in. I plugged it to my PC and the USB keep switching from connected to disconnected. It's driving me crazy feeling like nothing works. Anyone know what might be causing this and/or a possible fix?

Please and thank you.

Press and Hold all sides buttons at exact same time and continue to hold them until you feel it vibrate/restart. Unplug the charger before doing so
