I bought a cricket phone in March 2021 I've had nothing but problems. Took it to a cricket store and was told there was nothing they could do they stated in just has a little pause in it and freezes up occasionally but that's the type of phone you have. Hmmmm really ok! I've been with cricket since 2016 and that experience just makes me want to switch service providers. Why do they not honor their product?
