Over 2 weeks ago I went to Cricket app to get unlock codes.never got them. Last week got a case opened, said it would be 3-5 business days. So checked today and was told it will be another 3-5 business days. We don't have phone service now as our cricket expired and we had paid for another carrier, but can't use their sim cards. We meet all criteria and have been paying customers for 10 yrs. What is the problem...by law we were to get our codes within 2 business days

I need to enter my phone number on my Blizzard account for an added layer of protection. I have the usual contract, pay by the month and can receive texts and all that. However Blizzard tells me that there is a code on my phone put on by Cricket which will not allow my phone to be used on their site. What is this code they are talking about? And can it be taken off? This is my only phone and I really don't want to switch to another plan at the moment.On Blizzard's forum there are many people having the same problem as I am using their Cricket plan phones on their website. Perhaps Cricket can contact Blizzard and figure this out?
I just got a new phone through cricket because my last phone wouldn't charge... well this phone for some reason is so slow and lagging so badly, I can't use it half the time. I can't afford to get another phone so I need to figure out how to add more storage or do something I already deleted as many photos files whatever to help with the storage situation, but it didn't help and I don't know what to do, I tried to contact someone from cricket to help me, but they couldn't or wouldn't help so if anyone can that would be amazing

I am a consumer of cellular wireless but I am not an engineer or a regulatory quality expert, so my question is what are the health and safety risks to using cellular wireless? I recently found information online that explains in a graph format that cellular networks, wifi, microwave ovens are approximately 3 GHz in frequency and or wavelength of 10cm. Is this bad to the human body? I usually don't keep my cell phone on all day and only use it when needed.
This began yesterday intermittently on both mine and my boyfriend's phones where it was showing we could only make emergency calls but then it worked again until around noon today when my phone disconnected from the cricket network and won't reconnect no matter how many times I try to reconnect it. I've restarted my phone repeatedly but it still isn't reconnecting to the cricket network. How do I fix this issue? I had to borrow a friend's phone in order to be able to call or look up the issue on the website and I'd like to be able to use my phone My phone bill is due tomorrow so I know that it isn't a billing issue. TL/DRBeware buying a phone from the online cricket store unless you want to risk Cricket policy hell and double billing of your credit card.Similar to @bobbyanalog I was double billed for a recent smart phone purchase with the Cricket online store. I disputed one of the two charges allowing one of the charges to go through and paying Cricket. About a month later my phone suddenly stopped working with no indication why. Spent 2.5 hours with technical support on September 18th and was told among several things that if I gave Cricket another $25, Adrian the on duty supervisor said that he would make the problem go away. Which I was having none of. Phone began working Sunday night and all day Monday without me coughing up another $25. Tuesday morning phone stopped connecting to the Cricket network again. I was wondering if anyone knows when the android 12 update for the samsung galaxy a03s is going to be put out? I've read articles online and it said that the samsung galaxy a03s has gotten the android 12 update but I check my system settings and I don't have a update available. Does anyone know when the update should be out?
I wonder if anyone else is finding that WhatsApp isn't functioning like it should on their Samsung S10+. My main issue is when I try to search for a GIF the screen goes funny and the keyboard doesn't pop up to type the search. Also, when sending an attachment, your give the option to send it quickly to your most recent/popular recipients but when you tap one of them it just loads all the other send options.
I have a new Android phone and I have a new Cricket Wireless “Universal SIM Card Activation Kit” ordered from Amazon. I want to simply insert the new SIM into the new phone and activate it on my existing Cricket Wireless plan/account, replacing my existing one and maintaining the existing plan, existing cellphone number, etc. What is the proper way to do this, ideally through the portal/website? I’ve seen a number of different references to “purchasing a new SIM at a Cricket store and having them perform the activation”, but I don’t believe that should be necessary. Any advice from the community? If I have to do this in multiple steps, that’s fine too. I just want to make sure that the end result is what I want and that I don’t lose either the number or a lot of time traveling or on the phone--I live in a remote area at least an hour one-way away from any store.TIA!
